Here are a few common scenarios we are able to help customers with in regards to size options:
Is the size option I choose the size of the design or the stencil?
Our sizes reflect the size of the design, not the size of the stencil itself. For example, if you order a 10” x 10” custom stencil, the actual sheet of plastic you will receive will be 14” x 14”. We add a 2” border to all custom designs. If you have specific sizing needs, please contact [email protected] and we’ll be able to answer your questions. Because we control our design, production, and fulfillment processes we will likely be able to accommodate your request.
Can I reorder the same stencil in a different size?
Absolutely! Be aware that we may have to adjust the design depending on the new size.
I need my stencil to be a specific size to fit my project.
We can help. Just let us know the size and we’ll create a quote for you.
How big are your plastic sheets?
Our mylar sheets are 36" x 48". For stencils larger than that, we split the design into multiple sheets. But it's very easy to place these stencils together.
