Does the size listed refer to the logo size or the size of the outer stencil edges?

If you see a size referenced, it is referring to the size of the design of the stencil, not the size of the border around the outside of the stencil.

Sizes follow a width x length format. For example, if the stencil size is 24 x 12 inches, the design is 24 inches from left to right and 12 inches from top to bottom. For custom stencils, when selecting a size, don't worry about selecting the correct width or length as we'll properly identify the proportions of your design when viewing your uploaded file.

How do discounts work for custom stencils?

It's simple - the more you order, the more you save! Discounts begin at a quantity of 2 stencils.

We can also provide quantity discounts on ready-made stencils for wholesale orders. Contact us for a quote.

What materials are your stencils made out of?

Currently, we offer two primary materials: 14 mil mylar plastic and 7 mil matte adhesive.

14 mil mylar is durable and flexible. It works for a wide range of applications and is good for hundreds to thousands of uses.

7 mil matte adhesive comes on a paper backing and can only be guaranteed for a single-use, although sometimes it can be used for many more depending on the complexity of the design. It has a high-tack adhesive, so it holds tightly on surfaces to achieve high levels of detail. The adhesive does not leave any residue on the surfaces it has contacted.

Can I see a mock-up or proof before I purchase?

We will send you proof of your stencil’s design, complete with the cut-out areas and dimensions indicated after you complete the purchase.

When you do receive the design, you can recommend edits and changes so you can be sure you’re getting exactly what you need.

Do you ship overnight or accept rush / expedited orders?

Expedited shipping is available and will guarantee order delivery within 3 business days. Expedited orders skip the design proof approval process.

What type of files are accepted for custom stencils?

We accept all file types, including, but not limited to, .pdf, .png, .jpg, .doc, .ai, .psd, and so on.

What's the largest stencil I can order?

We can create stencils that are virtually any size!

The largest single piece of mylar plastic stencil we can make is 36 x 48 inches.

The largest single-piece adhesive-backed stencil we can make is 22 inches x 96 inches.

If your stencil design exceeds these dimensions, your order will come in multiple pieces, but it's very easy to place these stencils together.
